Please Note:

• The above rates are on per night basis.
• Rates given for extra pax is on per head basis.
• Maximum occupancy in 2 bedroom villa is 4 pax. More than 4 pax will be counted as extra pax where only 2 pax will be accepted as extra.
• Maximum occupancy in 3 bedroom villa is 6 pax. More than 6 pax will be counted as extra pax where only 2 pax will be accepted as extra.
• Children above age of 10yrs will be considered as adults
• Villas are self service villas
• Swimming pools, garden space and restaurant are within the premises.
• Basic kitchen appliances will be provided for cooking.
• All bedroom are fitted with air conditioner.
• TV is provided in the living room.
• Linen and towel will be changed every 3 days.
• Check-In 12:00pm, Check-Out 10:00am
