Villa Booking Rules

As per the Local authority and Police regulations we would like on mail scanned copy / legible picture taken from phone of a Government ID like Pan card / Passport / Aadhar card / driving license for all the guests checking into the apartment before checking in.

This is a mandatory requirement and not adhering could lead to cancellation of your booking.

We welcome you to Party Enjoy and Celebrate life in Goa but not at the cost of someone else^s peace. We would appreciate not having our neighbours complain of Unreasonable disturbance / Loud blaring music / or damage of any sorts inside the society

We observe a strict Zero Tolerance policy towards Drugs of any kind and any violation would lead to immediate cancellation of your stay and reporting to the local authorities

Utensils if used for cooking need to cleaned by you.

PLEASE SWITCH OFF LIGHTS AND AC WHEN NOT IN USE for no other reason than to avoid wastage of resources of any sort that we have been blessed with. In case of any untoward incident, Management will take legal action, and your booking will be Cancelled without any refund.

Swimming Pool opening hours are 7.00 am till 7.00pm

Use of the pool after 7.00 pm is not permitted.

Swimming Costume / trunks is compulsory. Non compliance of swimming rules is liable for a fine of Rs.1000 per person.

Check out 10:00 am

Late check out after 11:00AM shall be chargeable Rs.500 per hour.

Late check out after 6:00PM shall be chargeable of one night tariff.
